State Homeowner Assistance Fund Now Available to HOA Residents

At Associa Arizona, we value the success of your community and strive to keep you informed of the government-sponsored initiatives that may impact your association’s future. In this effort, we’d like to make you aware of an aid program that’s now open to qualified condominium owners and homeowners delinquent in their association dues.

The Arizona Homeowner Assistance Fund (AZ HAF) provides financial relief to owners who are behind on their HOA or condominium association assessments or maintenance fees. Manufactured-home owners late on their loan payments may also find financial assistance.

Those whose household income is equal to or less than 150% of the area median income (AMI) and who are at risk of foreclosure and/or displacement due to financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are now eligible to apply.
