Q2 Branch Updates

The Associa Equity Management family has been working hard throughout 2023. Here are some of our highlights from Q2 and the months ahead:

New designations:

We’d like to congratulate the following team members for receiving new management designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

  • Sheena McGill attained her CCAM

  • Douglas Cheley attained his CCAM

  • Danisha Little attained her CMCA

New communities:

April 1 - Stony Brook Two Community Association 

June 1 - Park Lane at Loma Linda 

Events:

  • On April 3rd, an Easter event was held for Equity-managed communities at the branch office. 
  • On April 27th and May 30th, board education events were held on Painting, Paving, and Tree Care and Fiduciary Duties, respectively. 
  • On June 16th, a Movies in the Park community event was held at Hidden Hills Park in Menifee.
