Smith Management Group continues to grow in 2021 with an exciting new team member and educational opportunities for our staff.

  • Welcome John Huffstutler! John was recently hired as Field Services Director for Smith Management Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management and execution of residential / commercial capital improvements. He's overseen renovations of 27 large multi-family properties including high-rise restoration, commercial space build-out, development of recreation and entertainment amenities, and ground-up construction throughout the Midwest. With a strong knowledge of mechanical systems, municipal code requirements, and preventative maintenance strategies, we're excited to welcome him to our highly-skilled team.  

  • On March 10, Smith Management Group held an educational webinar for our Community Managers and staff. LHR President, Chuck Schneider, discussed disaster readiness utilizing Associa's large claim company. With our area about a month out for sever weather in St. Louis, it is important to always be prepared.
