PCM Partners with CAI IE Chapter for HOA Board Member Education Course

Wendy Bucknum, Vice President of Business Development, had the honor of leading an HOA Board Member Education course for the CAI Inland Empire Chapter this past weekend. The session discussed legal framework and procedures in dealing with city and county government.
