See the glowing letter we received from a board president after his community elected to join the Associa family earlier this year:  

"Good afternoon Robert and team,

I wanted to compliment the overwhelming team effort and results produced by your group in such a short time!

We met Liza and Nicole on January 31st, here in Allendale, New Jersey, and later that week had a presentation with Mike P., Liza and Nicole.  After the presentation, the board voted to choose Associa as our new management firm.

Liza joined our first open association meeting in mid-February to welcome the community.

The difference between our former management company and Associa is almost immeasurable.  Between the professionalism, knowledge, experience, ongoing board education, software tools and excellent, can-do attitude, we certainly made the right choice.

We were also offered a free start-up month, and Robert H. immediately and actively helped us through multiple projects, board meetings and vendor selections.  And he is always willing to step up and assist!

The StrongBox system for invoice approvals is also very effective and easy to use. TownSq allowed us to do our first survey with our community and helps keep everyone easily informed of upcoming events, etc.
