When Brenda Davis became the President of Katy Trail HOA in 2016, the first board meeting she attended lasted two hours. At that moment, Brenda vowed to never conduct a board meeting that lasted longer than 30 minutes. Now in her third year as HOA President, she's aqchieved this goal.
