Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Karla McCullough (CASI): Pam is such a wonderful person. I recently let her know that I will be out on leave soon for surgery. She helped me get another employee set up to take over my tasks and continues to check in with me to ensure the training is going well. This kind of support just emphasizes that we are family, whether we are in the same building or thousands of miles apart!
