Nomination by John Caffall (Associa Northern California): Recently, we experienced a banking issue. We contacted the POC team right away for assistance. Rushunda was able to gather the right resources to research our issue. Despite the challenging situation, Rushunda focused on the issue and followed up until it was resolved. Our team really appreciated Rushunda’s diligence and how she kept us updated along the way. I want to thank her for the great support.
