Nomination by Sarah Clausen and Maegan Shida: Ina’s dedication to the Associa family and serving our team members never ceases to inspire me. Not only does Ina constantly check-in and work with team members across the company to ensure they have the resources they need to be successful, but she also makes time to welcome new team members. We recently welcomed a new team member and Ina decorated her office for her first day. Ina always goes the extra mile to ensure our employees are taken care of. During Associa Day planning, Ina went above and beyond to ensure our team members had the information they needed to host fun celebrations. She puts 110% into everything she does and always has a smile on her face, even when faced with challenging situations. Ina’s positivity and resilience are both contagious and inspiring.
