e3 Champion: Coaching His Team to Success

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients. 

Nomination by Reginald Niles: Debesh received kudos from many team members showing appreciation for the coaching he provides. According to one nomination, Debesh is always willing to help his teammates clarify, understand, and execute matters relating to accounting. When approached with a question regarding C3, Debesh not only answered that question, but he looked at the process and then showed this team member a more efficient way to accomplish that task. Needless to say, his advice saved this team member a tremendous amount of time and increased productivity. Thank you, Debesh, for taking the extra time to coach your team members so that they can strengthen their accounting knowledge and customer service.
