e3 Champion: An Amazing Member of the Associa Family
Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.
Nomination by Ashley Miller: Ingrid is the Kramer-Triad Client Communications Lead and consistently goes above and beyond for her team and our clients. Ingrid is always willing to help and keeps the team in all three offices up to date if there is any snow or weather advisory in the forecast. She provides all the information needed to inform their sites and owners to prevent a crisis, which has been particularly critical this winter. Ingrid always has a wonderful attitude and is truly dedicated to her role. Her positivity is contagious within the office! I could go on and on about Ingrid. She is an all-around AMAZING member of the Associa family!
