e3 Champion: A Shining Example of e3

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Doreen Tejeda:  Diane is always putting her communities first. She works diligently to ensure she is providing the best service to our clients. Diane was given several retention clients in 2018 and has turned all those communities around. It is inspiring to see the impact Diane has made on these previously at-risk communities that now experience the full value of Associa under her guidance.
