Nominated by Lou Ann Lincoln: Our branch office is preparing for the return to office.  Part of that preparation involves having those team members complete Health & Safety training thru Degreed.  I had to reach out to Degreed Support (Terence) every day to request new logins, reset passwords, and send forgotten credentials for my team.  There was never a delay in his response - it was always very clear and helpful for my team members.  I know we are not the only branch needing this assistance, but Terence made us feel like we are the only team he is servicing.  This is 5 Star internal service for sure.
