2022 January 5 Star Champion: Kim Mihaylov

Kim was instrumental in implementing not one, but two huge change moments for Blue Mountain, all while starting a new position! Kim was recently promoted to manager of client success while at the same time tackling moving an entire branch's worth of clients (more than 400) on to Strongroom and TownSq Arcs at the same time. No one would have blamed Kim if these transitions took several months, but she completed the entire implementation process in 60 days for both projects! She systematically scheduled the process, communicated the steps, conducted weekly meetings, and ran test clients while learning her new role. She truly owned the resolution! We could not have pulled this off without her dedication and tenacity!
