2021 September 5 Star Champion: Maressa McFarlane

Nomination by Jackie Thermidor: Maressa McFarlane joined the CMC NJ Team as an on-site Community Administrator for one of our newest clients, Southwyck Condominium, in May 2021. I recently attended an open board meeting where I was approached by eighteen unit owners who shared how much they appreciate having Maressa as part of the management team. The board echoed the sentiments of the residents.  Maressa has demonstrated that she cares for the owners and residents of Southwyck by attending to their requests and inquiries in a very responsive manner. When she is faced with an issue she hasn’t encountered before, she reaches out to various resources to ensure that she gets an answer. Southwyck residents described Maressa as sweet, endearing, very helpful and a joy to deal with. She’s a 5-Star Champion in my book by providing a high level of service on a consistent basis.
