Nomination by Wiqar Shah: (email from board member) I wanted to follow up with regards to the recent change in the manager at our community. Since Lynette Murphy took on the role, our customer experience and communication have improved. Specifically, Lynette used her excellent interpersonal skills to help turn a legal matter into a manageable situation. Before Lynette arrived, both homeowners involved were complaining about not getting calls back from the prior manager. Since she arrived, we now have agreeable and happy customers, even with legal matter pending. She has made our jobs easier and I wanted to express my thanks.
