Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent.
Nomination by Tad Black: Last night, after the branch office had closed, a group of board members from a new community showed up unexpectedly for TownSq training. The community has not even started with us yet and the board had their dates mixed up as the meeting was scheduled for the following week. An employee who was in the office working late greeted the board and called Brandi (who was already at home cooking dinner). She asked them to wait while she quickly changed clothes and went to the branch to complete the training. The board realized after they had arrived that it had been their mistake, but Brandi showed admirable leadership and the epitome of 5-star service by offering to come right back to the office and complete the training. While we certainly don't expect employees to come int work during their scheduled time off, we truly appreciate Brandi's willingness to assist this new board!
