2021 December 5 Star Champion: Shannon McKenzie

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nominations by Kim McDonald and Aimee Myers: Shannon always puts in an incredible amount of hard work to deliver quality products from home office, mostly in the form of extremely large vendor invoices. Most recently, a change in the processing of Optimal orders caused missing information on the invoice sent to the branches. Shannon worked with the CSSC, Optimal Outsource, and the branches, scouring more than 100 individual invoices to pull information for proper processing. This is just one example of many where Shannon's accountability shines. Although she could have passed this off to others, she took it upon herself to get the job done and done well!

Shannon went above and beyond to help RPM sort through the optimal billing report in November so we could accurately bill our clients for services rendered. Shannon spent almost 3 days assisting us by making calls with the CSSC and Optimal and for that we are grateful that she is a part of our team. Thank you being a team player!
