Sarah Potter: 

Sarah comes to Evergreen Management Group with a varied background in corporate business, higher education, and non-profit. She has extensive hands-on business development and sales and marketing experience. She most recently led Chambers of Commerce in both New Hampshire and Maine and previously worked in corporate and affinity relations at the University of New Hampshire, Advancement Division. Sarah began her career in radio and moved into advertising relations and cable television. She firmly believes great communication skills are essential for any industry. Sarah enjoys owning property in western Maine ski country, where she partnered in the development of a sub-division and oversees home and road association needs.

Valerie Brauer:

Valerie is a seasoned property manager with over 10 years of experience working in luxury condominium communities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She currently holds a real estate license in the states of NH and MA. She worked in banking for 12 years before switching careers to the Property Management field. Her enthusiastic and professional approach to managing associations is her best quality. 

Rebecca Duyon: 

Seasoned Property Manager with 10 years of experience in residential property management, luxury high rise multi-units, market-rate rentals, and facilities management. Experience in managing over 100,000 sq. ft of commercial real estate.
