Thank you for your presence, your assistance and concern for our association and our displaced neighbors this morning as we met with the structural engineer. It’s hard to express completely how much it means to know how much you care. 

It was my pleasure to talk with Deb and Kammi over the past couple of weeks to describe how a real property manager strengthens our board, and, by extension, our neighborhood. Bill was happy to contribute to the conversation too; you make it so much easier for us to be board officers!

The Board of Directors of [an Associa Mid-Atlantic managed community] in Warrington would like to recognize our Mid Atlantic Association Manager, Cindy Simpson, for her outstanding commitment to our Community. Cindy has time and time again demonstrated her

leadership, knowledge and expertise to our Community.

Most recently through her attention to detail she found a $9,000.00 billing error by

PECO in our favor. Those monies were returned to our Operating Budget.

Our Community is most fortunate to have a Manager so knowledgeable and willing to

work for the Community they represent. So, “Thank you Cindy.”

Manager that she is.
