Spring Season Activities

With spring season just around the corner, councils should start planning for projects in and around their buildings. Meet with service providers for walk-throughs and ask for their recommendations. 

Whether you’re planning landscape upgrades, painting projects or window washing, be proactive and give yourself a jump-start. Provide owners plenty of notice and keep an open line of communication. Your strata manager will also be helping streamline workflows and liaise between parties.
