The Associa Mexico Family continues to grow in Puerto Penasco, or as most ex-pats will call it, "Rocky Point," located in Sonora, Mexico.  

 

We are pleased to announce that we have added two amazing communities to our Associa Mexico family! One is a large, beautiful beachfront community with 220 units, including condominium buildings and beachfront villas. We are thrilled to have them join us, as they are neighbors to surrounding Associa Mexico-managed communities. 

 

We have also partnered with a smaller beachfront condominium community that holds a little more than 20 condos. It is a bit outside of the popular Sandy Beach, which gives this community a more quiet and serene feel. 

 

Fun Facts:

  1. Puerto Penasco-Rocky Point is a quick four-hour drive from Tucson or Phoneix, Arizona Border.
  2. It used to be one of the most successful fishing villages in Sonora, Mexico.
  3. It is a popular place where Americans are purchasing properties. It is an excellent investment for rentals since it is easy for tourists to take a quick trip to the beautiful Mexican coast.
