Nominated by Charles Riska (Home Office): Nanette is the branch rental leader for RHOME (Associa’s Rental Division). Nanette takes her responsibilities to support her clients, tenants, and our business very seriously. One of her most important responsibilities is business development. Nanette was recently at a Lowe's Home Improvement store and saw a couple with a “For Lease” sign in their cart. With her business card in hand, Nanette approached them to learn their story and to see how she might be able to serve them. A few days later Nanette emailed us to share that this couple had called and wanted to learn more. Thirty minutes later I received a second email saying that they agreed to sign up. The contract has been signed and RHOME is truly grateful to have Nanette as a team member. We look forward to all she will accomplish in 2020!
