Each month, the Associa Chicagoland team nominates and votes for a Hard Hat recipient. The Hard Hat Award is given to employees who demonstrate and display Associa’s core values and consistently show that they are hard workers and team players.
Lisa Ketter and Jessica Stumpf presented Shannon Lara with both hard hats this month. Shannon is an extremely valuable team member.
