Let's celebrate our team members' new designations and recap some of our memorable recent events.

Designation Announcement:

Cindy Duffy, Jennifer Carrol, Meranda Valencia and Mallory Aranda have all attained the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation by the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CACM).

Speakers from Associa Desert Resort Management and Mark Dodge, CEO and president, Coachella Valley Water District and Sunshine Landscape, shared their knowledge and best practices at the Water Conservation & Landscape Board Training seminar.

DRM team Karena Luttmers, Paula Tapia, Meranda Valencia, Holly Smith, Laura Meyer, Katherine Meyer, Katelynn Villagomez, Jayme Fakehany, and Kevin Camarillo spent time giving back to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission by completing a paint project. Since 1971, Coachella Valley Rescue Mission has been a place of refuge for the homeless and needy in our valley.

DRM attended the Coachella Valley Chapter Educational Luncheon & Mini Trade Show. Jennifer Zeivel, CMCA®, CCAM, AMS®, PCAM®, spoke at the CAI luncheon. Additionally, Laurie S. Poole Esq., CCAL, Adam Stirling, Professional Law Corporation, and Jennifer Zeivel were presenters for the Compliance with Governing Documents training.
