Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Kaye Ong, Administrative Assistant for Gates of McLean, who was named employee of the month for December 2018. Kaye joined CMC in November 2014 as a part-time admin in our Delinquency Department and then served as a full-time Bookkeeper before being promoted to her current position. Kaye is known to be very helpful, often jumping in to help the mailroom or front desk when they are understaffed or working on large projects. As an experienced bookkeeper, she is known to accurately process complex postings involving multiple payments on one check, one payment for multiple accounts, and payments from multiple people for one account. Kaye’s dedication is apparent as she always arrives to work on time, has a fantastic work ethic, never complains and always wears a smile. Thank you, Kaye, for being such an awesome team player!
Congratulations to Debra Niedringhaus, Mailroom and Support Services Administrator, who was named employee of the month for January 2019. Debra has been with CMC since March of 2017. The mailroom is the hub of our corporate office, and Debra is responsible for processing the daily mail, handling community mailings for our clients, printing and assembling Board packages, maintaining our office supply inventory, setting up for business meetings, and much more! Debra is dedicated, positive, and quick to offer assistance, whether working short staffed or leading a team effort to complete a large project. We really appreciate being able to depend on her to run the busiest area of our office. Thank you for all you do, Debra!
Congratulations to Rose Bryant, Accounts Manager, who was named employee of the month for February 2019. Rose has been with CMC for almost TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS – since 1991! During her tenure here, she has held the positions of Bookkeeper, Lead Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant/Systems Manager Assistant, and Administrative Supervisor of the HOA Division. She currently serves as the Account Manager, keeping our delinquency, resale, front desk, and customer service departments running smoothly. Her historical knowledge and expertise are unmatched in our company. She has been described as an excellent team leader, a problem solver, a dedicated and loyal employee, and is the “go to” for many difficult questions and issues.
