e3 Champion: Supporting Technology Improvements

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Andrew Brock: Jennifer has done an unbelievable job changing out all of the hardware switches at the CSSC, Digital Services Center and the Data Center, and she did it all without any disruption to users.  This is the first time in company history these change-outs have happened successfully on the first attempt and our team members are already experiencing the many benefits of her efforts.
