Congrats to Our Associa Sierra North Team Member!

Congratulations to Lacey Cuington on her recent promotion to community director at Associa Sierra North in Nevada! Lacey has been with Associa since November 2017 and just celebrated her fifth anniversary. Since joining the team, she has held roles as a community manager assistant, provisional portfolio manager, and onsite community manager.  Lacey points to the support of her leadership team and supervising community manager as keys to her success.

“I truly had the most amazing people guiding me and teaching me the way of the industry,” she said. One of the things that she loves about working for Associa are her teammates. She says the time and dedication to the branch and clients is amazing to see, along with the guidance she has received every step of the way.  Lacey’s advice to anyone hoping to grow their career at Associa?
