We are pleased to announce that Angela Olinger has been selected for the Employee of 1st Quarter 2019. For the last 2 years, she has been dedicated, efficient, resilient and continuously striving to improve our SF market. In the last six months, Angela has worked to onboard 4 new accounts as well as 2 new teammates in the SF office. She brings up suggestions on how we can improve our onboarding experience and continues to set the bar high for our incoming clients, often meeting or beating their expectations. She also handled a massive water loss at a very prestigious community that involved multiple floors and entities.
Her skills do not end with her office work. She also projects a warm, cheerful attitude to our clients. She is a proud supporter of Associa programs and processes and I have seen her resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact. She also joins and leads several wellness events throughout the year.
