2022 August 5 Star Champion: Sarah Clausen

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Becky Hertzler (Associa Mid-Atlantic): Because she is simply AMAZING! Whenever I am unsure of whom to go to or where to look for something, Sarah knows or Sarah will find out.  She never says, “that's not me, not my department”, or anything along those lines. She will dig if she needs to and then she will follow up to make sure that the challenge is resolved. She will escalate to wherever need be and pull in anyone she needs to. She remembers that we, at the branch, are clients, too, Thank you, Sarah, for always helping and for always being there!  You truly are a team player on so many levels.
