2022 August 5 Star Champion: Javier Perez

Nominated by Orlando Velazquez, Jr. (Marquis Association Management): Javier has been with Marquis/Associa nearly 10 years. Javier manages 9 associations at one of the most exclusive clubs in the USA, the Ocean Reef Club. Javier has been providing5-Stars service to the residents since November 2015 without any issues. We receive consistent compliments and appreciation for his service and dedication from the respective Board of Directors he serves so professionally. Javier is a stellar leader, both for  the Marquis Brand and the Associa brand with his extraordinary dedication. 

Javier was recently promoted to Associate Director of Ops at Ocean Reef Properties for Marquis and now oversees a portfolio of 17 associations and a team of 5 CAMs and 2 admins. He is simply extraordinary.
