Nomination by Luanne Crilly: We wanted to share an email with you as it exemplifies, without a doubt, 5-star customer service as provided by Liane Texmo, who works in MRCM’s AOC department. A resident at a community we serve provided some background on her personal situation, which makes this submission even more meaningful and impactful.
“I had a flood in my condo in January. I have had a massively difficult two years, with a disability and several health issues including depression. The flooding really made my life next to impossible to manage. Mrs. Liane Texmo is an angel. Liane has never pressured me or made me feel inadequate for being unable to reply to her emails, phone calls, etc. My health issues prevent me from living an average life for someone my age. I have made Liane aware of my situation and she has helped me, and then some, regarding communicating with my building manager, etc. If it weren’t for your phenomenal Liane, I might not still be here. I can’t thank her enough. I don’t know what I would have done without her sound guidance and uncompromising support. She is a great asset to your company.”
