Nomination by Idella Perea: The HR team in Dallas recently worked very closely with Doug on a big project and are so glad we did. No matter what was asked of him, he never lost sight of what was needing to be accomplished and did so in a very professional manner. He was readily available to answer questions and get the issues resolved. Doug demonstrated care by working closely with us and never letting any frustration show. He communicated effectively by keeping us abreast of the situation and owning the resolution. Thanks to this project, my team has built a strong relationship with Doug.
