Neighborhood gatherings are great because everyone
can pitch in to make the event successful. Not sure
what type of event to host? Let your community assets
and amenities be your guide. Use the community
clubhouse as a venue for a fun night of gaming, or if
a neighbor owns a projector, have an outdoor movie
night. Lean on your community manager or social
committee for planning support.
WHY IT WORKS: Everyone gets to contribute to the
fun and reap the benefits. As a board, you are stronger
together than you are apart. Each member brings
something different and valuable to the table and this
activity encourages you to depend on one another to
make the event a success.
