1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place flatbread on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes to
crisp the crust.
3. Remove flatbread from oven and top with cheeses and pear slices.
4. Return flatbread to oven and bake until cheese is melted and pears are heated through, about 5-10
minutes.
5. Top flatbread with prosciutto, arugula, salt, red pepper flakes, and truffle honey.
6. Slice and enjoy.

1 Tbsp olive oil
5 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pear, thinly sliced
8 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 handful arugula
salt (to taste)
crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
1-2 Tbsp truffle honey
