1. Combine meat cubes and Italian dressing in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator
overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until the edges start to crisp. Set aside.
4. Butterfly marinated meat cubes.
5. Divide jalapeños and cream cheese between the butterflied meat cubes, wrap in bacon, and secure with
a toothpick.
6. Arrange in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
