1. Toss the tomatoes, red onion, sweet peppers, cucumber, and corn in a large bowl.
2. Add cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, and jalapeños and mix.
3. Gently mix in avocados and serve immediately with tortilla chips.

1 bag frozen corn, roasted
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced
jalapeños, diced (to taste)
5-6 ripe avocados, diced
tortilla chips (for serving)
