1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place spinach and artichoke hearts in an oven-safe
cooking dish.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until melted
and bubbling.
5. Set oven to broil, and broil until the top is slightly
brown, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Stir and serve with tortilla scoops or chips.

Spinach Dip

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach,
thawed & drained
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1½ tsp lemon juice
1½ tsp garlic salt
tortilla scoops or chips (for serving)
