1. Cook biscuits according to package directions.
Cut each biscuit in half and set aside.
2. Cook and crumble the breakfast sausage in a
frying pan.
3. Drain grease, return sausage to pan, cover with
milk, and continue cooking.
4. Add cornstarch to a small bowl and slowly mix
in cold water until the cornstarch has a watery
consistency.
5. Add the mixture to the frying pan with sausage
and cook for 5-10 minutes, continuously stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
6. Top biscuit halves with sausage gravy and enjoy.

16 oz breakfast sausage
milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
cold water
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
