1. Scrub the fish with 1 lime or lemon, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Cut slits on each side of the fish and coat with olive oil.
3. Add all spices to a bowl and mix.
4. Season both sides of the fish, including the slits, with the spice mixture.
5. Drizzle juice from half of a lime or lemon onto both sides of the fish.
6. Place in a zip-top bag or air-tight container and let marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
7. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
8. Place fish into the pan and cook for 4-7 minutes on each side, until the skin is at
desired crispiness.
9. Transfer to a plate and squeeze half of a lime or lemon on the fish.
10. Place onion and tomato on top of fish and garnish with parsley.

2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp turmeric
2 Tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp allspice
½ cup butter or oil
½ onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
parsley (for garnish)
