1. Thoroughly coat both sides of the uncut steak with
salt. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add
steak and marinate for 1½ hours.
3. Cook steak in a seasoned iron skillet over
medium-high heat until tender.
4. Slice across the grain and serve with your favorite
tortillas and taco fixings.
2 lbs skirt steak
salt (to taste)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz soy sauce
1 cup water
