Welcome Letter &
Table of Contents
The first page of the packet, the welcome letter is a
greeting signed on behalf of the association, its board of
directors, and sometimes, the management company. In
this short letter, you should welcome the new residents and
congratulate them on joining the community, emphasize why
they'll love their decision, and introduce the board officers.
In addition, provide a table of contents that highlights each
section of your welcome packet. It should look something
like this:
