Operational Considerations
Cleaning and hygiene protocols should become a
critical part of any association's ongoing operations.
While community structure and amenities vary, making
sure that common elements are frequently cleaned
using approved products helps mitigate risk of infection
to residents and visitors. Include plans to:
• Address common areas in the community
• Establish social distancing protocols and limit users
of amenities
• Remove and properly space furniture in indoor and
outdoor areas
• Post signs that encourage responsible and safe
behavior by residents
