In-Person Meetings
As the pandemic continues, Associa recommends that
boards and councils continue to host telephonic or
web-based meetings.
When hosting a virtual meeting is not feasible, take
efforts to ensure that the venue for the meeting can
accommodate projected attendance while maintaining
social distancing. Also consider mandating masks for
such meetings.
Active adult/55+ communities, due to heightened risk,
should take added precautions and consult with their
counsel and local health authorities prior to scheduling
in-person meetings.
