CHECK YOUR SAFETY & SECURITY EQUIPMENT.
Many communities use safety and security equipment. Take time this fall to check, clean, and maintain
all the things that help keep your community safe. Inside this could include smoke alarms, carbon
monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. Outside this may include security cameras, lights, and
locks. Make sure you are taking your own safety precautions while you check these things. For
anything that involves climbing on ladders or going into potentially unsafe areas, be sure to follow
safety guidelines, and use professional help as needed.
