The crisp fall air means colder weather is just around the corner. Prepare any association owned
building by scheduling maintenance for any heating systems. Routine maintenance can extend the
life of your system and will ensure it is ready to go when you need it most. If you have a clubhouse
or other building with fireplaces, then fall is also an excellent time to clean out your chimneys. Also,
check your maintenance rooms, attic spaces, and any other less trafficked areas for pests and insects
that may have gotten inside during spring and summer.
