STOCK-UP ON WINTER SUPPLIES.
Part of your fall maintenance checklist should include stoking-up on any needed winter supplies.
These will vary depending on where you live. For places that snow, be sure to add any snow shovels,
salt, and other supplies that will help keep snow and ice off your association-maintained walkways. If
you are not familiar with needed supplies for your area, then work with your Community Association
Manager (CAM) to make a list of needed supplies.
