Associa Branches Raise More Than $200,000 For Charity

Proceeds to benefit the charitable work of Associa Cares

NEW YORK — October 25, 2023 — Six Associa branches throughout the northeastern United States –  Associa Mid-Atlantic, Associa New York, Community Management Corp. of New Jersey, Evergreen Management Group, Leiter Property Management and Maxwell-Kates, Inc. – recently hosted their 2nd Annual Associa Cares Vendor Roundtable Tour to raise funds that benefit Associa’s affiliate charity, Associa Cares, which helps families and communities in need as a result of natural and human-made disasters. More than 60 vendor partners and more than 170 Associa managers and leaders participated in the roundtable tour, which collectively raised more than $200,000.

The week-long roundtable tour consisted of four fundraising events held at separate locations throughout New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York. Attending vendor partners had the opportunity to meet with a wide range of branch managers, department heads, and executive leaders representing more than 1,100 Associa-managed communities, buildings, and cooperatives. It was an excellent opportunity for them to directly market their respective companies and services to relevant decision-makers in a highly focused, small-group setting.

Insurcomm – a leading provider of fire and water damage cleanup and restoration, mold remediation, asbestos and biohazard removal, remodeling, and reconstruction services throughout Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont – served as one of the roundtable’s two Platinum Plus Regional Sponsors for all four events.

GAF Materials LLC – A Standard Industries company and North America’s leading roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, was also a Platinum Plus Regional Sponsor. For more than 135 years GAF has been trusted to protect what matters most for families, communities, and business owners with its innovative solutions and focus on customer service.

“I can’t thank our team members, branch leaders, and vendor partners enough for their superb efforts to step up and help those in need,” said Associa Senior Vice President of Operations Nancy Hastings, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®. “Through their kindness and generosity, we were able to achieve our goal of exceeding the amount of last year’s donations. And of course, our goal for 2024 is to stage a bigger and even more successful roundtable tour.”
