help these students reach their full potential by providing quiet and intuitive areas where
they can work in some of the community's shared spaces.
A few ways board members can support students during the school year with HOA
amenities include:
• Designated "school work" hours in the clubhouse
• Free Wi-Fi and computers in the business center or library
• Communal workspaces for group study sessions
• Online reservation system for student-friendly amenities
Make sure you post any changes to amenity hours or usage restrictions to prevent
miscommunications. While you want to offer areas for students during the school year, you
must be respectful and fair to other homeowners.
