ACTIVITY: HOST A TRIVIA NIGHT
You've bonded over the hard work, so now it's time to
bond over the accomplishment. Why not celebrate with
an entertainment-filled evening of trivia? An activity
that can be hosted in the community clubhouse, invite
residents over to participate. Tailor the trivia questions to
highlight the community's successes and offer significant
milestones or contributors as clues. Provide light bites
and refreshments and savor the jovial time together. It's
the perfect way to decompress after a big board win!
WHY IT WORKS: Board members spend a lot of time
problem-solving for the community, so it's important to
recognize all of the accomplishments. Trivia is a casual
and fun way to spotlight the board's efforts and honor
one another for a job well done.
